Whether you've never stepped foot in a gym or you already train regularly, the approach stays the same — science-backed, realistic, and built around you. Most of the clients I work with started exactly where you are right now.
All in-person sessions run at PureGym Aberdare — Unit 1b, Riverside Retail Park, CF44 0AH. Online coaching through Wellsy Fitness is available anywhere, with programmes delivered through an app so you can train at your home gym, another PureGym, or wherever genuinely suits your schedule.
In-person gives you hands-on coaching, real-time form correction, and the accountability of a booked session with me every week. Online coaching through Wellsy Fitness gives you a fully structured programme, nutrition guidance, and ongoing adjustments — at a lower monthly cost and with total flexibility.
